Landlord called him because when washer ran sewage came up from the toilet and flooded BR & toilet wouldn't flush. I had that all cleaned up before they came. They damaged trashcan and ruined 2 nice towels(left in bathtub all brown and stinky); dripped brown water through hall and my bedroom and left brown smears on bedroom window sill. The BR had brown flecks from floor to 3ft up the walls as well as brown on walls in hallway. Brown matter was on washer knob. The water line to the toilet leaked and the sink drain was leaking after they left (weren't before they came!) Charged over $470.00!! The whole house stunk! He won't come in this house again!! Did unplug the toilet tho.
